Message from Dean

The deprivation of millions of lives and a major recession of the world economy caused by the global outbreak of COVID-19 reminds us that health is the cornerstone of our society. With this as a background, the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences is established. Through innovation in pharmaceutical research, teaching, and clinical translation, the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences is committed to train first-class talents with innovative and entrepreneurial abilities, to develop original drugs aimed to cure a wide range of diseases, and to achieve eminence in global reputation, research, teaching, and international collaboration.

Message from Dean

Introduction

Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences is a faculty in Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. It aims to train students with knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences and help them become leaders in teaching, research, drug development, and clinical practice. Through its various research centers or laboratories, the faculty also conducts world-class research in pharmaceutical sciences and related biomedical disciplines.
